Vertical Roofing & Restoration, Inc.

Complete build, content, and SEO strategy from the ground up

Overview

This was a ground-up build. The previous site was essentially a brochure; we introduced a full design, wrote and structured the content, and aligned everything with a local SEO strategy. As a roofing company serving specific communities in New Mexico, the information architecture had to make service areas and intent clear so we could build out pages with those goals in mind from the start.

We shipped a static HTML and CSS marketing site for Vertical Roofing & Restoration—modern roofing and restoration for residential, commercial, and HOA customers—with room to grow content as rankings and campaigns evolve.

Challenge

The hardest part was volume: a lot of content to refine, prioritize, and tune for search without overdoing keywords or tracking. We needed a focused keyword set, sensible on-page structure, and analytics that would tell us what to adjust after launch.

  • Turning a thin brochure into a credible, scannable site with clear service and geography signals
  • Balancing comprehensive service and area coverage with readable copy and a disciplined keyword approach
  • Choosing what to measure early so we could iterate without chasing every metric at once

Approach

In discovery we reviewed competitor sites to understand industry norms and what prospects expect, then moved into design and build with that baseline in mind. We stood up a test site so the owner could follow progress, approve layout and content, and stay part of the process. When everything had been reviewed and we had a clear go-ahead, we launched with the team aligned on messaging and structure.

Outcome

At the time of writing the site had been live for about a week. Early traffic was strong—on the order of two hundred visitors—with a comparatively low bounce rate and healthy time on site. We are already seeing rankings for some of the terms we targeted and will keep monitoring; trajectory looks positive so far.
