Two Brothers Doodles

Overview

The owner needed a brand-new web presence for their puppy breeding business—from visual identity through launch. We started with a color palette and logo design, then built out the public site once those directions were approved. The site also needed a practical way to manage reservations, so we shipped a custom admin page tailored to the exact fields and workflow the owner uses day to day.

We delivered a Django and HTMX site for Two Brothers Doodles that presents upcoming litters clearly and lets customers reserve puppies online—the primary goal from the start.

Challenge

This was a straightforward greenfield build. The main requirement was aligning design, content, and reservation tooling so the owner could run the business from one place without fighting the CMS or generic form plugins.

Approach

We worked in clear phases: brand direction first (palette and logo), then page design and build with review at each step. After the public pages were approved, we built the custom admin for deposit and reservation tracking—shaped around the data the site actually displays, not a one-size-fits-all dashboard.

Outcome

Feedback has been very positive. Customers are reserving puppies for upcoming litters through the website—the core outcome the owner wanted. The admin keeps reservation data in sync without manual juggling between spreadsheets and the public site.
